- Staying quit
- 8-year anniversary last week.
8-year anniversary last week.

The best decision was to quit once and for all. No more coughing, no bad smell, or panic attacks when running out of cigs. Stuck to NOPE (not one puff ever) and still staying the course. Good luck everyone. You can!

You can say that again Safe. Its saving my budget well over $50,085 & heading towards 6 years. Nice work I'd say.

Safe, my friend and inspiration.
You taught me NOPE and to never underestimate the enemy! We only have to quit once if we do it the right way, and you helped many of us to stay on course. You are an inspiration to us all.
I hope that you have gotten yourself a new computer after giving your wife one with your first few weeks of ash money saved. I hope you are still enjoying good health and all the best in life.
We can replace bad habits with good ones and reap the rewards in abundance. Are you still eating those sunflower seeds ? I am a nutrition nut and exercise regularly. I feel great

they cut me off again.......Quitting smoking is one of the best things that we will ever do for ourselves and our families. I hope our stories give hope to others. I am thankful that my hubby and my daughter both quit shortly after I did.
A big CONGRATULATIONS to you Safe, and a huge THANK YOU !

Happiness, I got a new gaming computer with the money i saved, but no more sunflower seeds. Don't need them. Hope all is well with you. Just the other day my wife was telling me how much she hated the way I smelled and all that comes with smoking but now she she's happy.

Congrats PuffNoMore. You really did awesome. I remember your starts and failures, but it takes only one time to quit for good, and you did it. Very proud of you.

Thank you safe. We were really struggling 9 and 8 years ago and i did fail a few times back then. I cant tell you who my best buddy was but you were up there. So safe. tort & made sense to me.. Just remember what I say & I will never forget yours.
Thanks bro.
PS I first learnt N.O.P.E from you the rest is history

Hi. Congratulations from a fellow long time quitter. I am sure when I hit the 10 year mark, "Margaret Thatcher" the name I gave my craving, will suggest I 'reward myself'. You know what she will be saying. It won't happen. Enjoy your pay rise, your ability to breathe and a long life with no stinking strays.
