Hello everyone,

3 year anniversary today. The things i am happy about being a non smoker:

1) no more smoker’s cough

2) thousands of dollars saved on cigs and spent on other things,

3) no cig smell,

4) no more cravings,

5) no more fear that I am about to run out of cigarettes.

Things I miss about smoking:

1) Nothing I can think of.

Good luck to everyone who are still suffering. Believe in yourself and one day you will be free. It’s worth it.

Stay healthy and smoke free.

yes congrats Safe, truly your post reminds me of what my doctor told me about quitting, "you have everything to gain and nothing to lose". 3 years is fantastic.

There is nobody else that I am so pleased to be free of suffering cravings apart from myself and any of my family and common friends and a handful of online friends on here, that I truly am proud of Quitting.

Stick to your NOPE.

I do.

Its the best way thru it

THANK YOU SAFE

Thank you everyone,

Softly40 - you are an inspiration in your quest to remain a non smoker.

Happiness - thank you for all of your encouragement and all you do to promote being a non smoker.

Lia - let's not forget that the enemy is always lurking in the background. Let's all stay vigilant.

Raydog - you can do this. Each and everyone of us went through what you are going through now. Persevere and you will not regret leaving the dark side and joining us the non smoking Jedis.

Brancor - you are a legend in your own right.

PuffNoMore - you are a shining example to everyone hesitating to join our non smoking ranks. For a long time you've been providing lots of support to everyone on this forum, to a newbies trying to quit and those who already quit but going through withdrawal pains or just contributing to general conversation. But yet, yourself you kept on smoking and I was wandering when you were gonna pull the trigger yourself, if ever. Finally, lo and behold, you did and joined us. I am sure it took a lot of courage. I am really proud of you.

In the past I fell off the wagon twice by taking just one puff each time. Therefore please join me chanting NOPE - not one puff ever.

Thanks for your encouragements because you validate my quit.

Stay healthy. Cheers you all!
