250 days

Good afternoon
I have reached 250 days when i first discovered and joined this site i was at 70 days and read several achievements from those who are achieving 6 or 9months and a year etc to me at 70 days i was still new and these goals are massive achievements but i felt for me were so very far away, yet suddenly i’m now past the past the 8month heading to a current goal of 9 months , it becomes easier and easier to deal with those stressful challenges that appear from time to time. keep the mind focused on all the many positives of not smoking and you will achieve your goals :)

Congratulations on your achievements and thank you for sharing this special day with us and your experience . Quitting can be exhausting in the beginning and one might think at times the reward is too small or the craves are not worth it but one day at a time adds up and changes everything doesn’t it . It really does ease with time and it becomes a pleasant experience of positive after positive after positive , so much so that we just keep wanting more . Shoot for that 9 mo . It’s in sight . Go 2bfree .
BLieve .

Congrats on your achievement. Stay vigilant because this is the timeframe of the quit when people who have been off cigs make a mistake by having one or a few puffs to prove that they are no longer addicted. Happened to me. I finally learned the NOPE concept - not one puff ever. Cheers

I heeded Safe's mantra of NOPE after reading his storie and decided that I would take his advice and not learn the hard way. We only have to quit once! Thank you Safe, for keeping me safe!
We do not lie when we say that things get easier and life as a non-smoker is better and we all wonder what stopped us from quitting years ago.
You've made up your mind and made it this far, so what is the sense of turning back now.
Congratulations, You've got this!

Good afternoon BLieve, Safe2017 and Happiness thank you for commenting yes this is the time to be extra focused on remaining smoke free.
