I have not smoked 1204 today
I am 61 years old. I start smoking at 16 occasionally and ended up smoking full package when I was 19 years old.
I have tried to quit several time , no success. Finally decided to quit for good this time. I have quit Smokin 1204 days ago and never look back the game.
If anyone has any kind of question, do not hesitate to ask. I love to share my experience during this process. I may able to help anyone to become smoke-free

I started at 18 too. multiple attempts to quit & 51yo old now. Currently at 57 days smoke and alcohol free today. I stopped both on same day. I want to stay quit and determined. like your inspiration
Hi there I'm 1185 days smoke free, so very similar time ago we quit smoking.. Hope you enjoy it as I do and spend the money and time much meaningfully.. :)
