4months today. Feeling more normal.its not normal like I used to be. There's still a couple of bad days like headache and the feeling scared thing.. but this is better than being a smoker forever.

Hi Sadma3. I guess we will all have "new normals" to deal with. Quitting smoking isn't the only adjustment you have had to make, so please don't feel it is responsible for all the voids in your life. We know we are better off having quit, smart for having quit and should be very proud of ourselves for doing so. Your children will emulate you , so take joy that you are setting an example for them and hopefully they will not fall prey to such a terrible addiction.

Raqeb88..hi. my breathing is fine. I don't experience shortness of breath anymore.Just the headache and sometimes the sensation like tension in the throat as well.I knew this is not widrawal.this is more on psycological now.

Very good bro...my breathing has also improved but sometimes when i think about it i hv feeling tat i m having short breath feeling..other than tat all other symtoms have hone away..2months 3 weeks now
