6 Months

6 months.
To all of you starting or in No Man's Land.... damn, it does get better.
Once I hit about 140 days, I turned the corner. But still on the road....

you're admired for your perseverance. So many of us put up with a smoke-screen of just 3 weeks of discomfort, but we know the truth.
Such an achievement of half a year. I'm similar age and still active on tennis courts and beaches ( was before Covid -19).... Stay strong and committed Monty 88. I,m following you as im halfway behind you.

It is good that you persevered and am feeling more positive ab out your quit than you did even 40 days ago. Accepting what was and where we are going is very important. Come to terms and embrace the journey for all the good it will bring NOW . Thanks for easing some minds who may continue to wonder how long these unwanted feelings will persist. They do end when you let them and everyday of practice will get you there.

The hold that nicotine has wired into your brain, is also the reason for not being able to quit with a smile on your face. Monty88. Please think often of your accomplishments no matter how small every day. NOPE
