Hi All, 121 days since I quit, yes I have had a couple of slip ups along the way, however I have paid for it..🤢🤮
At the start people smoking around me didn’t bother me, but now I find the smoke does irritate me a little but I never let on. If people choose to smoke that’s there choice and I know how hard it is for them to let go of that little monster. ( if only they new how easy it is to let go, just need to get in the right mind set, that’s the hard bit). I find sometimes I feel like I can’t breath when there are people smoking around me. I honestly can not see myself starting up 🚬 again. My last slip was actually deliberate, while having that very last cigarette ever I can honestly say I can’t see the sense in smoking and all I could think of was how did I waste my time and money on this rubbish. I couldn’t handle the the taste the smell and the time I wasted smoking the dam thing. 2019 will not see 1cent from me going towards one cigarette 🚬. A lot of money going towards reflux tablets tho..😂😂

Greatjob Suziq92, why waste your health and money on something truly revolting when you thin about it. However, be careful of it unexpectedly snicking up on you especially during stress. Good luck.

Hi SuzyQ. Yes, if only people knew how easy it was to quit. You said that getting the mind set was the hardest. Any advice for someone like PuffNoMore who really wants to quit but something blocks him from reaching that Mindset he is seeking? What was holding you back? What was the "Ah Ha" factor for you. Can anyone else pinpoint a certain point of significance in the mindset and explain it?
Thanks for sharing SuzyQ, and continued success!
