- A very different Easter!
A very different Easter!

Just reminding people to stay committed. If its a promise to Quit? A pledge? Maybe a doctors order? Your child's wishes you to stop? Even if you dream of ditching the filthy, Expensive past-time, you can take action. It takes alot of courage at first, but ultimately it is the IN_ACTION of not smoking that turns a smoker into a NON-Smoker. Sounds easy, but, that is how it works.
Happy Easter everyone!
i PuffNoMore

Persistence pays off and the mindset makes quitting easier. I am so happy and proud of you my friend.

Happy Easter Puffnomore, so glad you are going strong, yes we will all remember this easter. NOPE (not one puff ever)

thanks and all the best for easter my friends. it was extremely difficult and challenging in the early stages, but when i had my last cig on 6th of feb,,, well, my smoking party was over,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
and I KNEW IT.

I've got 100 days in sight, and while I am so proud of myself at 70 (10 weeks) YIPPEE!.............It also feels good to see others break free, whatever term we use. Ex-smoker, Non-smoker, Past smoker will do!
For me, I will never be a Present smoker or a future smoker.
i DONT SMOKE.

I dont smoke
YIPPEE
getting to my 100 days reasonably easy now my friends,,,,,only 20 odd days

Well done, not long till three figures. You have shown everyone that with persistence anyone can give become a non-smoker. Keep safe.

Hello my Quit-mate.
I am so pleased to be safe, free of buying smokes like $31 everyday!
I'm a couple of weeks away from my 100 days from that last smoke and its something of good riddance from my life. Not only I couldnt afford it anymore. My COPD is recovering. My skin all over is getting thicker and stronger like in my youth! I'm not feeling the cold of winter hitting here now like i used to. I have forgotten how i used to stink of smoke most of the time.
I may have persisted just like many of us and i'm not ever going into a meltdown of going back to that costly habit.
I am free'd and I know it.
I'm pleased that you are over it too.
