Taking a step

I'm actively taking a step here which is good. I exercose frequently and am very anguish about how i will cope with energy and mood.

I'm soon to take a step of getting on anti depressants and i hope these two things can happen at the same time.

It may surprise how easy it becomes after day 3?

You are on the right track and it makes it much easier to do something that you want to do, not have to do. You have thought this through and are making preparations instead of excuses, good for you. That in itself is a huge step.

Please continue to read our stories and look at smoking in a different light. Make adjustments as to how you think about smoking and realize that you only do it to ward of cravings. You have the power to stop this relentless cycle. Life is good as a non-smoker and I have yet to hear anyone who wishes that they hadn't quit smoking.
