I have tried many times to quit. Tried champix (headaches) gum, inhaler. Many ways. Money now the reason, everyone feeling it now. I will try healthy eating. Any tips would be helpful. Will try a mix of cutting down, distraction, meditation, and music. That's a start I can work around

Carrots and sunflower seed helped me a bunch. Mindset is crucial. You have to start thinking of yourself as a non-smoker instead of a smoker who chooses not to smoke. Good luck.

Quit them for good. That means forever. Safe is right as your smoking days are limited or over

Try putting an end date or day on it.

Go for a fast walk up to the fruit n veg shop and make fresh smoothies with either cold soy or almond milk. Banana smoothies sprinkled with cinnamon are lovely. Treats.
