8 days to me is a small milestone of smoke free for over the first week. - Cold Turkey

Having smoked for 30+ years and never really felt that i had the inner strength to quit properly.

two failed attempts in the past (4 months & 10 months)

I choose to see those attempts now as good learning experience & definatly dont want to go through these cravings ever again.

In the past i thought i have to and must stop.

The difference now is i simply want to stop and im going to. - choose to see myself as a non smoker.

Ive done alot of reading on this site and feel compelled to write something in grattitude and say thanks to every one.

Feels good to have stepped through the hurdle of day 3 and week 1.

Cheers

Just remember this:

We Don't Smoke, NO MATTER WHAT!
