Hi all, just a small note to stay I'm on track. Early days but feeling very positive day 1 of week 2, wow the first week didn't drag as much as I thought it would. I have set myself targets and goals for the year, nothing unrealistic just focusing on where I've been before non smoking as appossed to smoking and more visits at the gym as appossed to less visits and which categories make me feel my best. We all know these answers so just focusing on being the best version of me😊😊

Leeann you are really doing so well. Its not all easy going for some....I found the book really kept me focused but sometimes there are strong feelings that resurface.

I've noticed this in the last few weeks as I'm on WW to lose 10 kgs AND given up wine!!! I know I'm doing a lotbofbthingscat once but I am feeling good (most days) and just keep on keeping on!🐟

Thank you so much Robn, I am staying focused and doing well. Just suffering with mouth ulcers at the minute, damn annoying, but I know they will pass. My book turned up today so I will get onto reading that which I'm looking forward too. Positive affirmation will cement in my mind what I'm sure I already know!!
