I log in every day, give support and probably unwanted advice ! Just hints and tips that are working for me.
Im still on NRT. Using the spray now. Ive overcome the hand mouth thing and needing lozenges or lollies. Just a quick spray if im feeling tense or overwhelmed.
My 3 yr old can push my buttons so hard sometimes, but i haven't made lighting up again an option.
I dont dare consider it.
Theres only one thing that annoys me about NRT is panicking if you run out, the phycological aspect.
But a friend told me, "dont think you have to use every last spray. "Try stopping when you've got some left even its full.
So my plan is 1 spray every 2 hours then dont have it, stretch it to 3hrs. And so on. One hour at a time.
But it is way better than the other evil. Smoking.
My lungs are feeling great. Been doing alot of meditation.
My skin looks healthy, i smell good.. I think..lol
So cheers to 58 days!!
