Hi Y'All! I quit Feb 6th and was 13 days into my quit when I relapsed on the 13th day because I dropped my phone in the toilet and was freaking out about it. So stupid and silly of me to blow the whole thing up in my head and start smoking again. So I smoked for 3 days and then I quit again, now I'm on day 6 of my quit today. I learned that I was a little too confident about my first quit and realized that my addiction is a formidable opponent that I need to respect and take seriously if I want to be successful. That's where I'm at right now, just guarding my quit no matter what happens. Thanks to everyone who has posted their stories on here, it is really helpful to read other people's experiences.
