Personal story.. after 35 years smoking 20+ a day I decided very suddenly the time was right to stop smoking. I have joined a U.K. smoking clinic and have patches free also invested in a vapour. I cannot believe I am almost 14 dats without a cigarette🤗 it’s not been easy I have moments where I think I need a cigarette but it does pass. I know I am eating more but I can tackle that eventually. What has surprised me the most is the strong smell senses returning and the potent smell of stale smoke and how bad it is. I feel so bad that I used to smell just like that and this is more of a motivation to keep quit

Well done Debbie, after 35 years of slavery, you are in your mind free and that is the most important place to get to. Days, weeks, months and years quit don’t matter, just the knowledge that you will never smoke again because you don’t want to...that is the place to get to. The benefits just keep coming, we can’t change the past but we can change the future. Go girl

I am so happy for you finally making this life changing decision. You will never regret it! I only regret it taking me over 40 years! Life as a non-smoker is good!

Even a rusted-on smoker of 35 years can Quit. Your an inspiration to us. Take it day by day and you will find yourself at one month.
    Remember K.I.S.S.
They taste and smell better too.

    HI Debbie :)
Remember,, we NEVER NEEDED a smoke. We taught our brain to WANT it. We LET a little tube of tobacco take control of our thoughts, our time, our money, and out health. Nothing to miss there, and no reason to ever go back :)
