Welcome Norulz1122. I am similar age, also took up the nasty habit at a similar age. Cigarettes are not your friends, nor mine. Nor anybody's on this earth.

If you haven't actually quit yet, read the Allen Carr book first. You will find threads throughout this forum for the online version.

I have been more than three weeks free now. The book is a great help. And this forum is a great help as well.

You have everything to gain, nothing to lose.

    Welcome Norulz,

Everything Lando says is right! It is time and the book is extremely helpful to get your mind in the right place to be successful. You are right that you are not helping your health or your wallet, but you’ve known that all along, just as we all did, until we decided to stop the pretending not to know and commit to our quits! It is absolutely here for you too and you will find resources and support on this site. Just showing up is the first step so good got you! You can be a non smoker and you can be happy and healthy too! Read the book and get excited!
