Staying quit

Just popping in to wish everyone a merry Christmas and a smoke fee new year.

While I’m still smoke free for 109 days I’ve just gotten over pneumonia.

I went to the doctor and got some antibiotics and a puffer.

It was scary I was very much short of breathe.

But feel 100 percent now and not using the puffer as much

Smoking is not worth it.

Way to Go Dolly67. It is great to have you pop in as you say. I hope you continue to visit from time to time as I believe it keeps us on the right path to freedom. A very Merry Christmas to you too. I hope Santa spoils you this year, as you are so deserving!

I see that you started out with the patch and quickly came off of it after reading Allan Carr's book, The Easy Way To Stop Smoking. I joined a forum and something resonated enough that I truly wanted to quit this time and I believed that I could. I can only imagine how powerful Allen Carr's words are to those starting out. How logical and eye-opening and comforting. Many thanks to a great man who wanted the world to be smoke free. I too am honored to help spread his work so that others can find their way to freedom.

Happy Holidays to All,

Stay Safe

Stay Smoke-Free
