Im on day 2 not smoking, using nicotine patches and quick mist mouth spray.

I've had numerous failed attempts over the 22 years of smoking, always cold turkey which was miserable for myself and everyone around me.

The patches seem to help, don't feel so edgy. I've been planning this quit day for some time I've put my name down for half marathon at the end of the year so have a focus.

Just want to say well done everyone stick with it. X

    You can do this too Joyus. Foscus on what you really want and you can achieve it. Read, learn and think positive. Smoking has never done one good thing for you, you owe it no loyalty it is not a friend, but the enemy. Treat it as such and harden your heart to its wiles. We are ignorant no more. We can fight back and we will!

    Just feeling empty and jittery.especially in the morning as the day goes on seems to get better.
    Another day over see what tomorrow brings.
