Ok so it's taken me a solid month to get to the point of saying Im DONE damaging myself. I started a really hard gym routine which I love but continuing smoking was making me feel a damn fool and of course the $. I've been a pack a day since 12 years old and now I'm 42...ive got 1 day before my quit date is here and I'm terrified yet excited all at once. Time to put up or shut up I guess,and I feel I'm at the tipping point of the bad habit going to finally catch up to me health me wise so it's defineey time. Continued success and strength to everybody in this journey.
