Dear Mandy, please stop thinking quitting can get you sick. You are far more strong than the killer stick we used to put in our mouth. Today is your time, you said no to the killer friend before it says no to you. When it says no it will be too late either you are in a hospital or in a casket. Sorry for saying so. I just want you to feel better and focus on other good things for yourself and your loved ones. There are people who really love you and they don't want you get hurt.

Mandy it's normal. Don't give up. In the beginning of my quit I got unbearable skin itching irritation, constipation and headaches but all these negative symptoms do go away. It's your body healing up. Hang in there and it'll get better, much better. Chew gum. Good luck.

It happened to me for a while after I quit. Its all in your head and its you body readjusting to not being poisoned as weird as that sounds. I got crazy sick after I quit. Im now at day 130 and I can honestly say that once you stop thinking about it. Once your life and thoughts are past smoking. You fill it with other things. And eventually you stop thinking about how your body cant go without Cigs. You can do this. STICK TO IT
