10th Year Anniversary Today

On this very day 10 years ago I quit. I am here to let quitters know it is possible. Pick a date, go cold turkey 🤞and stick to your plan. Cannot afford to reward yourself by lighting up after even after one day. let alone 10 years. Once a smoker, always a smoker. (Ever heard a non smoker say,I'd like to light up?) JUST DON'T LIGHT UP. Sounds easy? Nearly forgot, over $153,000 saved from the ashtray. Need any more convincing? Enjoy breathing. From your first breath to your last, don't let smoking cause your early exit and your last breath.I am sure my quit buddy, Dobbin, will be here reporting at end August with his 10 year success story. I am 100 days ahead of him and it's going to stay that way. Handy to have a quit buddy on this site. That's enough from me. Wishing everyone success.
