Making a mega milestone

Today I finally hit double digits, I am now 10 years smoke free it's been a rough last 2 years I lost my father in April 2022 but I've managed to fight through and keep my life smoke free ❤️

Hi Ros, my sincere empathy for your loss. And despite your fathers departure I commend you for your total commitment. Its so inspiring to have members return to declare their milestones and even after many years,
Thank you.

Thank you so much , regardless of how long I've quit I always come back to either support people or show my progress 😀

Congratulations on your coveted 10 year milestone!
People like you are such an inspiration to others. We need to believe it can be done and you are solid proof.
I have always advocated that people drop in to support others and to reinforce their own belief in their quits. We need to remember NOPE and that smoking never did anything for us. Smoking was only the chosen vehicle to administer our nicotine in order to avoid the cravings nicotine itself caused.
Isn't it great to be free!

Hey Ros I just came back into post on my 6 year anniversary New Years. Like you I feel each year is worth celebrating. You have 10’years - congratulations. Can’t wait until I hit my double digits. I can see Happiness and PuffNoMore are still in here encouraging you and other - how wonderful that is to see that support and encouragement ☘️
