I logged in today, first time for ages. I thought I quit 10 years ago today, it’s actually eleven years!!! Just wanted to share, especially with those starting out on their journey, that not smoking eventually becomes the norm and not something you think about or struggle with. Stay strong everyone, it’s so worth it.

Normality. If,we.had chimney it would help.
Even born with a triple lung filtration system, that we could take out like a vacuum?
No.
We were not built to smoke.
