I QUIT AFTER 40 YEARS SMOKING

I QUIT SMOKING COLD TURKEY AFTER SMOKING FOR 40 YEARS, NEVER HAD SLIP, DID HAVE A LOT OF CRAVINGS IN THE BEGINNING, WHEN THIS HAPPENED USE TO GO OUT FOR A DRIVE, WAS SO DETERMINED TO QUIT, IT DID IMPROVE IN TIME AND NOW NO CRAVINGS AT ALL, THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE ONLY TROUBLE PUT ON LOTS OF WEIGHT AND NOW PUTTING MYSELF ON LOW CALORIE DIET TO LOSE IT, I DO FEEL SO MUCH BETTER FOR QUITTING

Nice going girl from the Murrumbidgee. Im on the Wollondilly and despite putting the weight on, it doesnt carry the shame or self disgust of paying out big bucks $$ to the tobacconist!
We no longer are skiddish or paranoid if somebody can smell the s*it, let alone smell the smoke!
Its a win win now.
I think it is a lose-lose as a smoker.
What d'ya think of that?
I definitively feel better now/.

Quitting smoking definitely makes us winners. There are so many benefits in making the change and absolutely no up side to remain a smoker. We can quit smoking when we CHOOSE to. Not quilted, bullied or forced. We encourage all to find their reasons for quitting smoking and put them above all else. Learn to want to quit smoking, Believe that you can and you will. We are proof.
