schedule 26 May 2021

Congratulation on anticipating your new role as Grandma.

Aren't you afraid of dropping the baby? Isn't changing diapers gross?

Isn't it funny how we can look forward to some change without apprehension, and other with dread. A new life is wonderful and so is a new life after quitting smoking. It really is in how we feel about it. We do not fear what we WANT to do or what is normal.

Enjoy getting active and keeping up to your granddaughter. Enjoy those cuddles and know she is enjoying it too.

schedule 26 May 2021

One reason people resist change is because

. they focus on what they have to give up,

. instead of what they have to gain.

schedule 28 May 2021

What are they giving up?

A false friend which we only believed to help us in times of need,, of stress, of celebration.....to enjoy at break, which we really only took to feed it and keep feeling normal. We made excuses to smoke. Any would do.

When we come to realize this, it can be easy to let it go.

SMOKING NEVER DID ANYTHING FOR YOU, EVER, AND NEVER WILL.

You can regain lost health and freedom. No one ever regrets quitting smoking.
