WOW.... don't seem to find time these days to keep up to date with what's happening on this great site.

But just been skimming through some posts and it's so great to see we have soooo many newcomers😊 and some older namesakes😊 still on this site.

26th Sept 2015 saw the start of my journey into my Stop Smoking personal goal, just sooooo proud of myself that I am still on the right track without any slip ups...

Just needed to believe in myself and having the confidence to let go of a very False Friend.

Great to see you drop in Jenno! Even if this is a cameo role?

I think you're right in saying that re-discovering our own self belief is key and finding the confidence to re-enter living our live's without the thing we thought we enjoyed?

I'm hoping some old friend's of yours may re-emerge and attest to re-affirm that leaving the old thing we used to do, was never a friend of our's after all.

We can now see smoking for what it was.....a smoke screen of a sort. An addiction that we fell into and were afraid that we were trapped in it forever. We know better. We know we can escape it and we have. Self belief is the second crucial step after WANTING to quit. Think positive and believe that you CAN.

Great to hear from you Jenno and to know you are still free and strong. Once learning about our addiction and knowing there is so much out there for us as non-smokers, I can't believe anyone would go back and be a slave to nicotine again. Keep checking in to help others and to reaffirm your commitment. Nicotine can be a tricky devil.

Great achievement, and also great that you came to share your story.. The story continue and we are happy to hear it.. we would like there also.. we will.. until that we need to focus on our happiness, it's just all about it..
