Lucky 777
I just logged on to see a very special number. 777 wonderful days free of nicotine ruling my life! Where 777 is supposed to bring luck and fortune, I feel I have found it a long time ago. Quitting smoking was one of the best things I have ever done. It also led me to losing weight and ahead of my goal on that as well!
The confidence I now have that I can do anything I put my mind to, after all I also rehabilitated myself from a stroke earlier in the year. My new goal is to lose another 12 lbs in 2021. I will probably do it by June if not April, but I know that I am in control now and capable of making better decisions. Just as in choosing to quit smoking, I choose to be more fit and have the belief that I can. There is no luck involved. It takes a WANT , a DESIRE to be a better you. There are many reasons to quit, and so many more rewards we didn't even expect. It can reach into all aspects of our lives!

Goodness you are all ancient, but lucky too, congratulations to you both on this beautiful Christmas morning in Australia, the rain has stopped after a continuous 10 days, and the temperature is 25degrees centigrade so an ideal day.
I will be heading over to my nieces for Christmas lunch and everyone is coming to my place on boxing day. Everything is ready, and I have money over from all the gifts to others and rewards to myself. So plenty of cheer.
