Day 29 very focused

So far so good. I have stopped hanging around friends that smoke. Smoking was taking a toll on my breathing. I’m so glad I stopped I don’t have cravings much but when I do they are hard. I feel good so far been coughing and clearing my throat like crazy. Been to the doctors several times cause I’m scary lol. Doctor told me I’m healthy as an ox. I made a promise to my oldest son that I stopped two weeks after I been stopped and I can break my promise or my word to my son. This is hard but I refuse to be a smoker again!!!!

It is commendable that you want to keep your word to your son. However, you need to WANT to quit smoking for you. Why not read our stories and find out why we are so happy to have quit and all the benefits in doing so. We do have the power to quit. We just had to believe that we could!

We can quit smoking, We did! We are proof, and you can finally be free too!

It does take a total dedication to end the smoking. Knowing when you had your last Puff is the most important time you can take!

My last Puff was the 6th of February!

Below is a link to the best selling book to stop smoking. You may not need it because you have stopped smoking 30 or so days ago, but others could find it helpful.
