Today is day 15 without a cigarette for me. What a ride so far!! A gal asked me for a smoke this morning, I don't smoke I replied, the buzz from that was better than any cigs ever gave me!!

Hi, Get through the trough's or temptational thinking (if you encounter those thoughts?). And you will be fine (:

You are a NON-SMOKER

Good work. Day 16 for me and the NOPE mantra helped me. You will do it.

schedule 14 Oct 2020

As above NOPE (not one puff ever) was the Mantra I used every day, you can use it as many times as you like. The thoughts and habits we are used to will eventually fade over time. Congratulations on 15 days smoke-free.

The fact that you enjoyed being able to claim that says it all. When the heart is in the right place, the rest falls into line naturally. Congratulations on adopting such a great attitude!

NOPE is the best mantra, powerful enough to breathe out and grab a glass of water whenever I think I might want a cigarette.By geez I am drinking alot of water! So thrilled today when a friend visited and said my skin looks plump! Nothing like a compliment to stay resolved! I have so much more time, as a result I am doing more with my days.As a result of doing more I am emerging from a dullness I felt when smoking.I can't believe I thought I was giving myself something when I had a cigarette.Such is the delusion of addiction. We tell ourselves we like it. I am on day 9 of NOPE and this morning someone was smoking next to me.It really does stink. Go everybody, one day at a time.
