i did it

i was a smoker for 33 years ive been smoke free for almost a year
i have been through my dads death and covid lockdown in melbourne
i found it quite easy after the first month tbh,,,

Well done to you
You defently are a non smoker now if you managed to get through what sounds to be not the nicest of a year without a smoke.
Well done

What an accomplishment and what a beautiful way to honour your dads memory ❤️ 🙏

Congratulations Rockyf, My how time flies, wishing you much happiness and freedom to you and everyone in Melbourne Victoria. NOPE (not one puff ever)

Yes, it can be easy. So many are afraid and flounder. You are an inspiration, a show of strength through even the difficult times, proof that we can endure if our minds are made up.
Congratulations !

Nice work Rocky! Glad to hear your still off those smokes. I found the first month quite tough too.
We were not so hard hit with covid-19 lockdown like you guys in Melbourne, although its starting to loosen up a bit recently.
No matter what- we don't smoke..$$ yippee$$

It is tough as I have tried as well multiple times, but I find that the lockdown actually makes it easier to quit as you have less triggers like going to pubs and drinking etc.
Here is more about the triggers that I found a key thing to tackle.
