i was a smoker for 33 years ive been smoke free for almost a year

i have been through my dads death and covid lockdown in melbourne

i found it quite easy after the first month tbh,,,

You defently are a non smoker now if you managed to get through what sounds to be not the nicest of a year without a smoke.

Nice work Rocky! Glad to hear your still off those smokes. I found the first month quite tough too.

We were not so hard hit with covid-19 lockdown like you guys in Melbourne, although its starting to loosen up a bit recently.

No matter what- we don't smoke..$$ yippee$$

It is tough as I have tried as well multiple times, but I find that the lockdown actually makes it easier to quit as you have less triggers like going to pubs and drinking etc.
