Am 3 months in. Have more self control, and enthusiasm, and self confidence. Am excited about my Christian Faith and Following Jesus Teachings. Aske for strength from God-Jesus and Holy Spirit, through out Withdrawl. Realize satan and Demons want me smoking again to ruin my Health. Getting out doors looking a this beautifull World and Gods Creation has been Joyful.
