Puffnomore yes enough is enough with the ciggeraties

I did have a struggle today with it

But I have come this far now I will not give in

Got to stay strong and focus on the final pic

Which is a non smoker

yes Gemma, There can be short-lived struggles at certain times, like after a nice meal. Or after a task completed, with celebrations or commiseration's. But. Committed Quitter's have to rise above all of it everyday. NO MATTER what happens. It gets to become the new HABIT to not to smoke.

It does get easier each and every week. Especially when we keep $185.50 every week in the BANK!!!! $$$$$$$$$$$

Puffnomore tell me about it

I've saved almost 500 dollars already it's great

And I smell must better than i did before.

I feel good thay my health is started to get better from not smoking in a sense my health that way is improving

No whizzing anymore orr my lungs don't feel so tight anymore

It's good to be able to get a full deep breath of fresh air in again

schedule 10 Jul 2020

Yeah, I feel good when I can talk and converse with colleagues, customers or any people in-general without the worry or embarrassment with them smelling the smoke on my clothes or my old smelly cigarette breathe. Its win-win in every-sense,. Does that make sense?

SMOKING was a NON-SENCE .

Even a death sentence!

Yea totally makes sense

I work in a supermarket and it's really great to no I don't smell of old ciggeraties

I no I smell fresh.

But yet I smell other smokers and I think

O is that what I used to smell like

It wasn't and isn't nice smell

Not very attractive.

As we no smoking does nothing for us anyway

My friend was trying to stop smoking and she caved after day 6

I thought that was me along time ago always give in

But not this time

I finally do realise it done nothing for me to keep smoking but making my health go down hill very fast.

And now well I do feel much better and proud to say I have almost done a month without smoking. 🙂🙂

That is quite an accomplishment Gemma. We enjoyed meals and events without needing a smoke way back when. We didn't plan to be smokers, we became addicted. We couldn't quit, so we presumed we enjoyed it. We really only enjoyed having the incessant need for nicotine relieved once having taken a puff. Unfortunately, it is a vicious, unending cycle. Finding the determination and the desire to put an end to it will prevail with basic understanding. Put the lies to bed and finally be free. Keep up the positive thinking.

You are doing great Gemma, and these posts testify to the strength of coming onto the forum again and again. Congratulations NOPE (not one puff ever)

Yes this is a great place to find new people who are going through the same thing of giving up smoking

It is good to no that the people here are trying to do the same thing as me

Not one puff ever.

I do intend to keep going strong

Not giving in now that I have come this far.

It feels very strange not to be smoking

I still have that feeling of ( well what do i do now?)

When I have that thought I come on this site and read peoples storys

It definetly distracts the mind. 💪💪

That's right Gemma. Occasionally, the feeling of "(well what do I do now" ) pops in ones thought processes, and that's fine, as long as you dont en-act it out with a real cigarette! At one month I think its normal to be at the cross-road. Shrugg it off your mind asap. And I do apologise if this comment has reminded you of feeling strange not to be smoking.

Still have to practice NOPE everyday, no matter what and we'll celebrate your 2 month's and my half year!!!

Yippee

Puffnomore well done half a year is great 💪💪

I am looking forward.to getting that far.

I always practice nope every so far day

And I check in here on some stories and remind myself why I quit.

I will not be giving in now no way them ciggeraties do nothing for us and yes it is all a mental game we can take control of.
