Almost 6
On my 6 month smoke free . Just getting past the urge is only a matter of minutes then the thought is gone .Thought I could not do it but I did cold turkey.Breathing still not the best but is at least 8 times better and probaly with in a year maybe 10 times....
Time passes and recover we can some of our health. Congratulations on your 6 month milestone. Anyone can quit smoking if you believe you can. Forums give you that reassurance. Great Job!
Congratulations Skippy, 6 months is a great milestone. Well done and as you say your breathing could be 10 times worse, so keep on going NOPE (not one puff ever)

After those bushfires this year I decided to Quit to.
I'm not far behind you and hoping that Murrimbidge river is still running?
I'm next river over on the wollondilly/nepean rivers and very pleased to see it running like a river and not like a little stream through those years of drought.
