Hi All,

I haven't shared in a long time, but I wanted to let you all know that I have not smoked now for 282 days and I feel really good about it. Just 2 months ago I was still feeling like why did I do this but it was like the 7th month quit I just felt like wow I did it. Now I rarely even think about a smoke. My husband is now in the process of quitting. He's cutting down gradually and using Chantex. I'm super proud of him and will support him 100percent. I tell him of the poison that he thinks he needs but he doesn't. I tell to think of our kids and that he'll live longer for them and me and himself. I tell to remember why he wanted to quit in the first place and all the money he'll save and his health and why would you want to continued to be a slave to that filthy little devil of a cigarette. He is going to love having me as he's quitting smoking buddy. LOL You all remember these things too the next time you feel you want to light up.

Thanks for all the support I got from this sight too, it's been great and I'll check back in real soon.

It is great to know you are doing so well. Everyone who quits smoking is in better health to survive this pandemic too. Don't forget to exercise and meditate , get lots of sleep and eat healthy whole foods. We can stay stronger than the virus. Deep breathing comes in handy as a destressor and help strengthen our lungs and blood cells. Take care everyone.

Hi darwin.

I'm really impressed with your sturdy mindset. Your hubby will succeed to Quit If he can copy your ultimate decision, like you!

Almost 7 weeks free for me.
