hey every one im 272 days smoke free.havent been aroumd much but been going ok have had ups n downs that anyone would start smoking again but i never n im so proud of my self cause i have been thru some serious stuff.between my family my 3 boys this forum i can quit doctors patches etc you can do it determination i think i can officially say im nom smoker and saying that sounds awesome and the money u save is even better good luck every one 1 step at a time 😁😁😁
Hi Katrina+struggling I remember when you were first trying to give the smokes away. Congratulations and great to see you back. Stick around and help others achieve the same, we all have had to jump over many obstacles some more difficult than others. So proud of you too. Well Done
Life can be stressful, but we know now that cigarettes will not help but in fact add to the stress in many ways. Concerns of health and money, how others judge us etc.... You should be very proud of your accomplishment. I do hope you visit us from time to time to keep on track. So proud of you and glad you let us know how you are doing.
