Still quit

schedule 1 Sep 2019

227 days now and could still easily light up again. This is annoying, the cravings have eased off but the nasty voice telling my that one won’t hurt OR you really need a smoke is still present.

So glad I’m so stubborn and refuse the waste all this hard work.

schedule 1 Sep 2019

Sometimes it is good to know that being stubborn and obstinate can serve us well. Don't change now. You've got this!

schedule 2 Sep 2019

What a great achievement Janet H. Don’t listen to the nagging voice and eventually it’ll disappear. One puff or one cig will lead to being a full time smoker. Trust me - been there, done that. Not once but twice. Nope is the only way to beat this monster- not one puff ever. Cheers.

schedule 2 Sep 2019

Glad you called in Janet H. Congratulations on 227 days lets keep it to 228 229 plus many more. I am sticking close to this site for the simple reason I went off track without any help, so my mind was in its desperate state. Go back to your own Mantras or make up a new one. It won't help in any problem you have at hand to overcome, it will just create another problem, and it will only weaken your resolve, self respect, etc etc. and the list goes on. The only one who wins is the Government through taxes and the Nicotine companies and Retail outlets. Don't bargain with any of them.
