Slip Up

Omg I have had the worst day for Mothers Day, where things have gone not so nice. Omg I've smoked... ๐ฅ

Hi Leeann...
1stly Happy Mums Day.....
Just shows us all how easily it is to slip into the realm of the habit easily...
But it also does show we are all human and subject to err.
I and i am sure many others can feel your anguish of what you are going through so major hugs to you
I dont know how long you have quit for but now you must decide which path you
are to take, but by you commenting here i take it you are going to give it your best shot at quitting again.
You are not alone on your quest..
You have done the hard yards before and you certainly can do them again to achieve your goal.
You can do it...

Thank you Jenno for your kind words, I've stuffed up royally, I am 10 and a half months quit and feeling really low right now. I'm so sorry to have let myself down and Robn down who has helped me so much in my quit. I feel horrible right now......๐ฅ

I have had major stress with work and home and not coping that great right now, poor excuse I know to crumble to turn on my own good as I know smoking brings nothing positive. Please forgive me for my bad choices as I'm struggling to pick myself up. Tomorrow is a new day......

Your not the first nor last to have a slip up Leanne. Don't add to your stress and beat yourself up over it. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and resume on your journey. You intend to do that and you will. Knowledge is power and you are too smart to regress at this point. Soon you will one whole year! Keep focused.

Thank you Happiness and Safe2017, back to basics for me one day at a time. I am continuing my journey today and refuse to let my slip drag me back to the slavery. Dusting myself off today and one step in front of the other I'm NOT throwing in the towel!!

1 smoke in 10 1/2 months???
Girl -- that's not even a pebble in the pond.
Certainly not worth fretting over.
I won't tell, if you won't! :-)

Haha thank you Maestro40 for putting it into perspective for me. I'm back on track now and determined not to let it interfere with my life goals and being a smoker is not in the budget or plans๐๐

Hey Robn, great news to hear they fixed the problem and that you are not leaving us๐๐
