schedule 2 May 2019

hi

shared my first post 6 months ago i had given up smoking on the 8th of september last year

my wife decided to join me as a non smoker a few weeks later no prompting from me. just decided if i could do it so could she.

my wife used champex for 2 weeks but did not like it.

she started chewing gum and it worked for her she is now smoke free for 5 1/2 months like me she still thinks she would love a smoke sometimes but we never want it bad enough to try i still run my app i downloaded when i gave up i found it a great help when i got tempted i would open the app and see how much i had saved and what my next health benifit would be

Health for me was the main reason i gave up, out of breath coughing

standing in the cold smoking when we went out wheezing chest at night all the usuall symptoms i was used to

Now i breath deeply have not coughed for a long time don't wheeze

feel great and i have saved $7005.00 have not smoked 4378 cigarets possibly more as i but down i smoked 25 a day on my app but smoked more than that the app i used was called

GET RICH OR DIE SMOKING its helped me see my progress and lets me see what a wast of time smoking is

I have friends who still smoke and the one thing i do notice is the smell as they walk past me like an old ashtray i never noticed this as a smoker but i really notice now i hate the idea that i smelled like that for so long in my life and didn't know it

i am seventy one years old now so its never to late to get the benefit from giving up i smoked from childhood and the one thing that really shocked me was how easy it is to quit was once i really decided i had had enough GIVE IT A TRY

Our stories are so similar they don't bare repeating. Great improvement in health, spouse quitting and my daughter as well. I am glad that you also found it easy once you decided to give it a try. I don't think many believe me when i say it can be easy. Mindset is key. I know i was a non-smoker at day 5, and in a week it will be 6 months since that wonderful day 1 that i started on this journey to freedom.
