Another birthday without fags
Always think about rewarding yourself with the money your not spending on cigarettes. My last cigarette was the 21st of November , 2012. What a day !.37 years of lung busting finished . I’m 58 a few days ago , working hard , when I’m not working going to concerts , shows and tripping around . Just bought a new camper , fags paid for that or at least some of it . It is really nice to enjoy life and work without having to hide and sneak away or rush to a smoking cubicle at an airport . Cigarettes are so bad but I enjoyed every one of them now I enjoy everyone of them I don’t have . It’s worth the battle to give up.

Wonderful advice Cough Cough Cough. You really should change that name now to Live, Live Live. Travelling and spoiling yourself with the savings from ash are definitely the way to go. Cheers to you , your health and dreams!

Right on! Constant urge was awful especially at the airports without smoking areas. The urge to smoke would hit right after going past the ticket control knowing that you it can't run outside for a smoke anymore. Congrats.
