Saw my Cardiologist on Friday. Thank God he told me everything looked great after my stress test.
I saw my regular doctor early this morning. She says my blood work looks great, except for my thyroid levels. Easy fix. Nothing to do with smoking.
Then I had an ultrasound at my surgeons office. Again, I believe all is well.
So, my health is great, super duper, wonderful. I am celebrating my 18 week anniversary today of not smoking.
If only my husband could find work so we can look for a place to move to.
Thanks all! 😄❤️😄
Have a wonderful week!

Congrats on 18 weeks, that is great, if you can stop smoking, you can conquer anything, you have news of good health from cardiologist and positive attitude, it will fall into place for you and your husband, you have just removed one big burden, all the best to you

I am so happy for you and all the people who manage to ditch this devastating habit. Things can only get better, as you have already experienced. Life throws unexpected curves, but we do manage to dodge the bullets and go on. We get comfortable with the known, and change is uncertain, though not necessarily a bad thing. Stay strong, keep the faith and remain smoke-free!

I agree, Happiness. I had yet another one of those curves thrown at me today. I have to have a biopsy on Friday. Praying it comes out negative.
But whatever happens, I just remember NOPE.

18 weeks, well done you. I will get there at some stage. You have done your bit in helping your husband with the finances so let nothing stand in your way to continue on. Things will turn out right eventually for both of you.

Thanks again. 😀 I would appreciate and accept any prayers that any wish to say for me. I am pretty scared about this biopsy tomorrow. Blessings to you all for a wonderful Easter.
