Day 105
I wanted to say Thanks to Happiness, Nuts, PuffNoMore and Ravisca2003 for helping make it to this day. If not for your support not sure I could have gotten this far.
I have saved $3099.00 this far and plan to take a trip to the states next year with my daughters for a month. We should have enough to go shopping as well.
To all those who are quitting or thinking about quitting all I can say it's worth it. The first few days are tough but each day gets easier. One day you wake up and the first thought is not about smoking. I hardly have craving at all anymore. It can happen for you too.

It truly is a terrific tool to learn and get support and feel accountable yet not alone on this mission to freedom. Great job Debbie and to all the others who have kicked the habit. Think positive and you too can be free.

Quitting take time , patience and strength both physical and mental . You have done it. I am very very happy for you . I wonder if there is a video conference some time where we all can meet and share our wonderful experiences with each one. I feel this group is my extended family now as I at time share things over here which I seldom share with anyone else.

How's it going Debbie. I hope you are saving lots for your trip to the states. PuffNoMore dropped out of sight for quite awhile and just returned so I am hoping he will one day decide to try again.
