Today makes 2 weeks as a non smoker feels like forever, I’m so proud of myself for what I thought was impossible but I have done it do I still think about smokes yes I do but not often and not acting on the thoughts.

schedule 2 Mar 2019

Two weeks!

Well Done Cole.

Knew you could do it

You've got those smokes in the distance.

And now it's just a distant thought.

schedule 3 Mar 2019

I too think about them often, Cole, as i am on this site. Thinking because you are here to denounce the addiction , or support others to escape the addiction doesn't mean we WANT ONE. Being here not only can give strength to others , but give strength and support our own quits. We are reminded, thankfully , but also sorrowfully from others mistakes. It is a very strong addiction , and we are all at risk even after 28 years apparently. There is good news though that many have quit and NEVER looked back. Do not live in fear of relapse. ..... When you are free, embrace being a non-smoker and believe that you have succeeded. Come back to this site and remember the NOPE and take heed. Help others like they helped you. Be a part of an invaluable community.

You CAN do this Cole. The hardest part is behind, and the future is shiny......
