I want to wish everyone happy and safe holidays and a smoke free New upcoming year! It’s no secret that a lot of former smokers slip up right about this time of the year! It’s a party time, drink in your hand and you are a feeling pretty great and your so called “best friend nicotine devil” whispers in your ear that just one puff won’t hurt anything. Stay vigilant and employ NOPE concept- not one puff ever because it all start with just one puff and you are back to square one. Been there, done that and won’t ever go back.

Same to you Safe2017 for me it as all about the food at the moment lol. I went for a walk today and have been tackling some spring cleaning as I have time off from work. There's no such thing as just one cigarette as we all know and I'm thrilled that I am passed temptation as I honestly despise those putrid little sticks. People smoke around me often and it doesn't phase me one bit, I can enjoy bourbon and coffee and no longer even think of smoking. To be honest though I've been hooking into cake though with coffee and loving it, hence the walking LOL Next i may need to add in some sit ups cos im not parting with the cake😋
We are all deserving of a reward after our triumph here Leanne. Everyone remembers Safe's advice to be vigilant and keep the quit over the festive holiday season. I wish you all and your families a Wonderful Christmas and Special Smoke Free year ahead!
thanks for the warning...quits just after new years as many try didnt give it a thought of not smoking for festive times. staying away from drinks in hopes not to smoke. will give of drinks forever if it driver for smoking!
