4 Months quit and going strong

Hi Fellow non-smokers,
It is always good to check in here and see how people are doing with their quit journey. I am 4 months smoke free. I love the freedom of not being a slave to the nicotine stick.
I am thankful to my family for being supportive through my mood swing period. The quitzits are reducing, thank god. I have gained a bit of weight but it's no biggie.
To whoever out there thinking of quitting or early in their quit journey, be strong, you can do it.
Best,
Kennie

Well done Kennie on four months, it truly is liberating not having a constant need for those filthy things, it’s coming up to 3 months for me and I feel great, don’t worry about a little weight you will lose it when your ready 😀

Good job Kennie. I'm on day 6 of no cigs. I was concerned about weight gain myself as I can't get over how ravenous you become when you quit!! I'm not anymore, as like you said, it's no biggie :)
Keeping moving forward and all the best.

Hi Kennie. Well done on 4 mths! I'm 2 mths today.
It's a good feeling, especially not wasting my money on those ciggies. I too am feeling my weight gain, but I'm more proud of not smoking.
Will work on the exercise and eating better soon. At least our lungs are loving us, ha ha.

Kennie, Hopefully you are staying free and vigilant. Good luck in you determination.
