Day 20 and still smoke free. If someone would have told me what my body would go through after quitting smoking I would not have believed them. The first week was not to bad , the 9 and 10 days were bad, as far as craving. I have smoked for 33 years, however I am on day 20 smoke free. The individual stories I read help me get through some days. Thank you everyone for sharing.

Hey i'm at Day 20 as well. I too am going strong with no slip up's so far I also had trouble for about the first 8 days i'm moving up now to the step 2 patches I had lots of cravings and now they are very minimal. i try to read as a way to distract myself, sure i would like a cigarette but know how bad it is.

Congrats on a milestone. Great achievement and I mean it most sincerely because I remember my struggles on or around 20th day. Keep it going and it will get easier as days and weeks and months go by. Not one puff ever or you’ll be right back where you started. Good luck and stay strong.
