Keep focused

Today is my ninth day. I had a long walk yesterday 11.77 Km and today I have started work outs at home. Even though I do not have the urge (the craving) I have to admit I have the temptation. This thing is not easy. It is like a time bomb it waits until you get relaxed. You never know when it attacks like a terrorist (I am exaggerating here though). Better to stay vigilant never a puff again! I don't want want from the scratch after all the sacrifices I made so far and the good things I started to see. The only one who benefits out of smoking is the company producing and those selling it. Not us the users! But now, not me, I am not a fool any more. I am their ex. I will make sure their lives to be horrible by telling the truth to the world. Let's save lives and let them down! Let them smoke their sh8t.

Its good to see your sticking to it Brooky, Tobacco companies, and the Government have a lot to answer to responsible for so many Deaths and lives ruined lets make them our biach and tell the world about it and maybe we can save a few lives along the way, Hang in there champ your doing Great as am I now, 52 days ago Time couldn't pass fast enough now there are not enough hours in a day to do the things I want to do and the things I have to do, Keep up the good work. Ron

Hi Brookey, couldn't pass up a chance to see how your traveling you got this Mate hang in there your doing well and keep up the good work. Cheers, Ron....

Hi Brooky, Well said. It does attack like a terrorist, no exaggeration. I am smoke free on 232nd day and the struggles of the first few months are fading. But no matter how much time goes by we need to be vigilant because it attacks unexpectedly, just like a terrorist. Good luck and stay strong.

Dear Ronryan and Safe2017, it has been a month now since I last touched that killer stick in my mouth. Thank you for the follow up and your friendly reminders. You are great people. I will always keep in my mind with my new journey in life.
