I have chose to quit smoking after loosing both my parents at young ages . My dad passed away at the age of 47 due to heart disease. He was a smoker . My mum passed at the age of 57 with heart disease. She was a ex smoker who smoked for 20+ years . I am currently 37 and realised now is the time to stop firstly for my self then my family and friends. Life is short enough
