Better my life
I’ve been smoking for years and I’m only 27 I’ve tried a couple of times but I’m trying to make it stick this time. I’m a bigger individual and i was diagnosed with asthma a few years ago due to my smoking so now when I’m sick I tend to get really sick especially from coughing I can cough so hard that I pee myself or coughing so much my rips are killing I work in childcare so I noticed on hotter days especially I’m just out of breath too much and not being able to run around with them. I also want to start my own family and need to be over the urges

Im 41 have smoked for years. Iam now 16 days smoke free. I started with the patches then stoped using them as it made my skin itchy. Then I tried the lozengers works great no cravings. Im on now day 2 without any nicotine replacement. Im reading Allen Carrs book on how to stop smoking its a really interesting book highy recommend it. Good Luck

Thank you for the comments guys yes my boss is an ex smoker and she recommended reading the Allen Carr book to help with quitting so I’ll be reading that after work. But so far it’s only day 2 I’m wearing the patch today and it has helped I’ve also had the gum which has helped. I’m not necessarily craving a cigarette but I can’t stop thinking about it you know it was honestly just routine during times during the day so during those times when I would usually be smoking I have to distract myself with something I currently don’t have any packets of smokes I’m trying to refuse buy

You got this. Be strong. Next time you go to the supermarket instead of bying a packet of smokes treat yourself to something it will give encouragement not to spend your money on smokes. Try the Nicorette Fruitdrops 4mg from Chemist warehouse they helped me with the cravings.
