this is my life

I"ve been smoking for 30 years. My husband quit 10 years ago and 3 weeks ago he was diagnosed with cancer. He starts radiation treatment next week. I have to quit, not for my own sake but for his

Hi Jacqulane. Give the smokes up for yourself and your husband, While I wish him the greatest of success with his cancer treatment. My daughters mother went through an intensive radiation and Kemo simultaneously two years ago with no cancer left inside her body.
I think positivity was the key for her, plus, she had her last smoke two years ago also!

Thankyou Puff, it's great your daughters mother has beat the cancer. Unfotunately my husbands is incurable. He has a large mass on his right kidney, some in his lungs and 10 masses on his brain which he'll start radiation for next week. I"m determined to quit, definitely for him and my own health. The future looks bleak right now but we'll get through this no matter what. Yes positivity is a big thing , I'm trying I really am, but sometimes it's so hard with whats going on.
