New mindset

Hi all its been a year since I have been here and still struggling with that awful addiction
I am starting tomorrow as a non smoker..
Well done to everyone who has stopped or who is also trying to stop smoking..

Hi Gemma it's awesome to see you back. I got the message you left me, thankyou ❤️

Tomorrow has arrived Gemma! Dont worry too much now, if you still have some cigarettes to smoke? I'm not encouraging you to smoke them.
However.
I recommend smoking the last cigarette, as the 2nd last thing before bed.
That way, a newly reformed non- smoker has 8 hours to rid itself of a sizeable package of some of the poisonous toxins before breakfast.
Its Day 888 for me. ( well over $25,000. not in the ash-tray!)
It;s wonderful to be free my friend;s

Great to see you back and determined to live the good life Gemma.
Last time as I recall, you had to quit due to upcoming surgery. That does make it more difficult because it was a demand not a CHOICE.
Every quit teaches us more about ourselves and how nicotine controls us. Every quit rings with it anew determination, knowledge and hope. This quit is different. Make it truly your last......it IS your CHOICE this time around.
